Tinto Technology Contract Support
Tinto Technology provides cost effective remote and on-site support for clients throughout Scotland.
We offer secure remote management facilities using either a cloud based solution or for even more security our own hosted software. This facility that allow us to undertake routine maintenance without having to travel to your site.
We also offer a facility to remote desktop to your user workstations or laptops, allowing us to diagnose any user hardware or software issues quickly and with the minimum of fuss.
When a job is completed and signed off, Tinto Technology provide a free on-site support package for up to 14 days for commercial clients. This allows our customers to have the confidence that the system will perform as required and to iron out any unexpected issues.
All hardware provided is brand new, except where this is not possible, for example on legacy systems. In such cases, the customer is always asked to approve the use of refurbished parts before they are deployed.
All software delivered as part of a package is fully licenced to our client. For a fee, Tinto Technology can provide central management of any annually occurring licences if required, meaning you can be confident that your licences and subscriptions will not expire.
Where a client requires support beyond our baseline resource, we may subcontract support. This will always be discussed with the client in advance.
